Indoor Plant Solutions at Sydney Build Expo 2026
Indoor Plant Solutions was proud to partner with Sydney Build Expo 2026, delivering greenery across the event floor and exhibiting on both days of the expo.
As one of Australia’s largest construction and design events, Sydney Build brought together architects, builders, designers, developers and suppliers from across the industry. The project required careful coordination, efficient delivery and a planting outcome that complemented the scale and energy of the event environment.
Delivering the Greenery Across the Event
The Indoor Plant Solutions Sydney team supplied and installed more than 40 planters throughout the exhibition space, including black Blush drops, white trough planters and a modular green wall installation.
Plant selections focused on proven commercial varieties known for both presentation and reliability within indoor environments. Species used throughout the event included Kentia Palms, Ficus lyratas and Dracaenas, helping create a clean, consistent and professional finish across the venue.
Each installation was completed with hardwood chip topping to maintain a polished presentation and ensure consistency across all display zones.
Planning, Coordination & Execution
Projects in live event environments require a different level of coordination than standard commercial installations.
Access windows are often limited, schedules move quickly and multiple trades are working simultaneously within the same space. For the Indoor Plant Solutions team, success came down to planning ahead, coordinating logistics properly and ensuring installation could be completed efficiently on-site without compromising the final presentation.
The result was a cohesive greenery installation that integrated naturally into the broader event environment while maintaining the high presentation standards expected across all Indoor Plant Solutions projects.
